ELHABIB  is a leading company in the field of various woven tapes and various medical bands is being committed to:

1- Compliance with laws and workplace regulations

  • Elhabib is submitted to the work law No.12 year 2003 and Regulations in all locations that organized the relationship between the Company and workers. For all employees have to be subjected to the rules and Regulations of the company

2- Prohibition of forced labor

  • Elhabib do not use involuntary or forced labor indentured bonded or otherwise.
  • For labors the freedom of working without any involuntary of forced.

3- Prohibition of child labor.

  • The minimum work age inside Elhabib is 18years old
  • Elhabib will not accept or hire any employee under the age of 18 years old

4- Prohibition of harassment or abuse.

  • Elhabib Provide a work environment free of harassment abuse or corporal punishment in any form
  • Elhabib prevent using the bad words or or bad dealing between the employees together or even the line leader and managers.

5- Compensation and benefits

  • Elhabib comply to pay at least the minimum total compensation required by local law

6- Hours of work

  • Elhabib comply with working hours eac day and days works each week .
  • The legal working hours daily in Elhabib are, From: 8:00 AM till 4: 00 PM
  • Friday is day off for all the workers in elhabib Egypt.    
  • Elhabib adhered with working hours and the weekly holidays except as required to meet urgent business needs from additional hours in order to face any work pressure .
  • Elhabib comply with legal working hours with all compensation for the additional hours.

7- Prohibition of discrimination.

  • Elhabib evaluate and appreciate employees efficiency according to their ability to achieve factory aims regardless to any personal considering and cultural ,thoughtful , religious believes.

8- Health and safety

  • Elhabib provide a safe and healthy work environment.

9- Freedom of association and collective bargaining

  • Elhabib recognize and respect the right of employees to exercise their lawful rights of free association and collective bargaining.

10- Environment

  • Elhabib comply with environment rules regulations and standard applicable to their operation and will observe environmentally conscious practices in all locations where they operate.

11- Customs compliance

  • Elhabib will comply with applicable customs law for import and export.
  • Elhabib prevent any illegal attempt of transferring and smuggling products.
  • Elhabib prevent any work not submitted or subjected to the customs law.
  • And in particular will establish and maintain programs to comply with customs laws regarding illegal transshipment of apparel products

12- Security

  • Elhabib will maintain facility security procedures to guard against the introduction of non-manifested cargo into outbound shipments (e.g. drugs explosive biohazards and/or other contraband)
  • Elhabib comply to apply a safe rule to able guard the place.
